Cricket Club AGM
will take place on Monday 15th February, 2010 at 8.15pm at Southover.
A good attendance is imperative as we prepare for the First XI's debut season in Division One of the Hertfordshire Cricket League.
There are also captaincy structure changes to be presented and voted upon, as well as a proposal for a modest increase in the costs to members of playing cricket in the forthcoming season that require membership approval.
Each year you are reminded of the same thing. Unless you attend the AGM, you are in no position to influence the direction of the club and are in no position to complain about anything, if you did not attend the meeting and express your views! We look forward to seeing you there.

2010 Cricket Season
The new season is not that far away and the preparations are already under way as the Ist XI get ready to do battle with the big boys in Division One of the Saracens Herts League following their successful promotion campaign last year. We are always on the lookout to increase our playing strength and welcome new players.
Two sides are fielded in the league on Saturdays. Southover is a lovely place to play, the atmosphere is friendly, the bar and subs very cheap and the teas are arguably the best around!
Pre season Indoor nets are about to commence a Mill Hill School.
The Cricket Club A.G.M. takes place at the Club on Monday 15th February 8.15 pm start.
Our Hon .Sec Jon Rowley will willingly answer any questions relating to any of the above and can be contacted here...

This years president Geoff Niblett has made a great effort to get a number of his old schoolmates along and hopes this will encourage more new(old!) faces along.
This is always a good time to catch up with friends and it is Geoff's wish that the speeches will be kept short to allow maximum time for drinking and general tomfoolery.
Tickets are available from Club Sec John Bowra or Geoff Owen at the club.
The Old Finchleians Masonic Lodge
is always keen to welcome new members.
If you would like to find out more about Freemasonry or are already a Freemason who might consider becoming a member of your old School Lodge, please get in touch here....
